FAQs
When would I get paid?
We will pay you through the UK’s quicker payments system after we have received payment and transfer from your agency, which means the money will be in your account within minutes to an hour. Money days are determined by the time and day your agency sends payment to us; for example, if we receive remittance on a Wednesday and pay you on a Friday, we will pay you on the Friday.
How do I know if I've been paid?
You will be notified by text and email that we have processed your payment and deposited it into your account. You will also receive a message to visit your online portal for your payslip.
How will I receive my payslip?
You may access all of your Evolve payslips and p60s on your contractor portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will also send you an SMS to notify you that the funds have been moved to your specified bank account.
Is there any set up charges?
We don’t charge a setup fee. We simply take a margin during the weeks we handle payments for you. As a result, if you don’t have any timesheets to complete for a week, no margin is withheld. It is simple to set up and you may leave at any time, giving you a lot of freedom.
Will I receive holiday pay?
It is entirely up to you whether you want us to keep your holiday money or add it to your pay when we process for the week. You can notify us of your decision when you join up, and you can change your mind at any time by notifying us of your decision.
